If you’re looking for somewhere to live during your studies, use our partner platform hosted by Studapart.
By clicking through to the platform, you’ll gain access to hundreds of exclusive listings: studios, flat‑shares and rooms in private homes. The service includes personalised guidance from your initial search to signing the lease.
All the paperwork – from compiling your application to reserving a property – is completed online via the Tenant Space.
The rental file is fully digital, and the platform can even help you arrange home insurance once your booking is confirmed.
No guarantor in France? No problem
Many international students struggle to provide a guarantor based in France. Studapart can act as your guarantor for the entire duration of your tenancy, giving landlords greater confidence and making it easier for you to secure accommodation.
Information for landlords
If you own a property and would like to rent it to our students, simply post your listing via the Landlord Space on the same platform. Your advert will be visible to a targeted community of creative students seeking housing in Paris or Nantes.
