Applicants must hold a three‑year degree (equivalent to a UK bachelor’s) in business, communication, marketing, management or a related field. 

The course is based in Paris and confers the RNCP level 7 certification (No 40856). Admission involves submitting a dossier (diplomas, ECTS credits, CV and motivation letter) and an interview assessing your professional project.

Fashion and luxury brands are navigating a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by social media, digital innovation and sustainability concerns. 

They need managers capable of crafting coherent communication strategies across platforms and orchestrating high‑profile events. 

This master’s program, designed with industry experts, equips students with the tools to lead communication initiatives and manage teams. 

It can be taken full‑time or via an apprenticeship (alternance), combining study with professional experience.

Objectives & skills acquired

Graduates learn to design and implement communication strategies and manage teams in fashion contexts. Key competencies include: 

  • Strategic communication – Defining brand positioning, analysing competitors and markets, and creating integrated communication plans. 
  • Content and channel management – Developing content strategies, selecting suitable media channels (digital, print, events) and planning editorial calendars. 
  • Project and event coordination – Planning and executing fashion events, managing logistics and budgets, and coordinating suppliers. 
  • Measurement and crisis management – Setting KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, reporting ROI and preparing crisis communication plans. 
  • Leadership and team management – Recruiting, mentoring and leading communication teams; managing conflicts and fostering inclusion. 
     

  • Face-to-face courses developed and taught by professors or professional speakers who are experts in their field.
  • Online courses written by professors or professional speakers who are experts in their field.
  • Conferences and master classes that allow students to meet professionals and understand the knowledge and skills taught in relation to the sectoral environment.
  • Professional scenarios in group or individual work on real cases proposed by a partner company or representative cases. You will present your recommendations orally or in writing. Your presentation will be evaluated by the trainers.

Fees and funding 

Tuition fees for EU students are €11,000 per year (two years total), plus a one‑time registration fee of €590. Apprenticeship students have their fees covered by their employer and the OPCO. 

Key indicators

The first class for this new RNCP qualification will graduate in 2026, so a success rate is not yet available. Previous cohorts from comparable programs report a 90 % employment rate six months after graduation. 

Career opportunities 

Graduates are equipped to join or lead communication departments within fashion and creative industries. 

Employers include luxury houses, ready‑to‑wear brands, communication agencies, design studios, digital start‑ups, major textile and beauty groups, and event, media or cultural organisations. 

Job titles range from marketing or communication manager to digital marketing manager, content director, events manager or press relations director.

Target Audience:

Graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 equivalent) from business schools or programs in communication, marketing, management, business administration, or related fields.

 

Admission Requirements:

For entry into the first year of the Master’s program (M1):
Applicants must hold a Level 6 qualification (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree / Bac+3) or have completed three years of higher education (180 ECTS credits) in a field related to marketing and/or communication, business, management, or a closely related discipline.

The program may be completed under full-time student status in both M1 and M2. It is also possible to complete the program through a work-study format under an apprenticeship contract.

 

Admission Process (Application File and Interview):

Applications are reviewed based on a file and an interview.

The application file must include the following supporting documents: diplomas and qualifications obtained, number of ECTS credits earned, résumé, and cover letter.

The interview assesses:

  • The alignment of the candidate’s career goals with the program curriculum
  • The candidate’s interest in the fashion and luxury sectors

Response Time:
Applicants are informed of the admission decision no later than one week after the interview, following the review and approval of the academic committee, which verifies and confirms the alignment between the candidate’s profile, aspirations, and the career paths targeted by the program.

 

Application Timeline:
Admissions are open from October through August for a September intake. Applications are processed within a maximum of three weeks after receipt of a complete file. Enrollment is possible until the start date of the program, subject to availability.

By exception, enrollment may be permitted after the program has started, following review and confirmation of the applicant’s ability to make up coursework already delivered, within a maximum of two months after the program start date.

Assessments are carried out according to several criteria adapted to the type of course, in the form of case studies, assignments, written exams, professional scenarios, dissertations, and oral defenses.

This work is to be carried out individually or in groups. It must be validated in order to obtain the degree.
