Programme overview 

Start date and eligibility – Classes begin in September 2026. 

Applicants must hold a three‑year degree (equivalent to a UK bachelor’s) in business, communication, marketing, management or a related field. 

The course is based in Paris and confers the RNCP level 7 qualification (No 40856) Admission involves submitting a dossier (diplomas, ECTS credits, CV and motivation letter) and an interview assessing your professional project.

Fashion and luxury brands are navigating a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by social media, digital innovation and sustainability concerns. 

They need managers capable of crafting coherent communication strategies across platforms and orchestrating high‑profile events. 

This master’s programme, designed with industry experts, equips students with the tools to lead communication initiatives and manage teams. 

It can be taken full‑time or via an apprenticeship (alternance), combining study with professional experience.

Objectives & skills acquired

Graduates learn to design and implement communication strategies and manage teams in fashion contexts. Key competencies include: 

  • Strategic communication – Defining brand positioning, analysing competitors and markets, and creating integrated communication plans. 
  • Content and channel management – Developing content strategies, selecting suitable media channels (digital, print, events) and planning editorial calendars. 
  • Project and event coordination – Planning and executing fashion events, managing logistics and budgets, and coordinating suppliers. 
  • Measurement and crisis management – Setting KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, reporting ROI and preparing crisis communication plans. 
  • Leadership and team management – Recruiting, mentoring and leading communication teams; managing conflicts and fostering inclusion.

  2. Attend an interview – Choose an online or on‑campus interview to discuss your career plans, motivation and interest in fashion and luxury. Admissions decisions are communicated within a week. 
  3. Confirm your enrolment – Upon acceptance, complete and return the enrolment form within 15 days to secure your place. 

The master’s comprises 907 hours of teaching, combining face‑to‑face lectures, online courses, masterclasses and assessments. Students with disabilities can request tailored support from the school’s disability adviser. 

Fees and funding 

Tuition fees for EU students are €11,000 per year (two years total), plus a one‑time registration fee of €590. Apprenticeship students have their fees covered by their employer and the OPCO. 

Career opportunities 

Graduates are equipped to join or lead communication departments within fashion and creative industries. 

Employers include luxury houses, ready‑to‑wear brands, communication agencies, design studios, digital start‑ups, major textile and beauty groups, and event, media or cultural organisations. 

Job titles range from marketing or communication manager to digital marketing manager, content director, events manager or press relations director. 

Key indicators

The first class for this new RNCP qualification will graduate in 2026, so a success rate is not yet available. Previous cohorts from comparable programmes report a 90 % employment rate six months after graduation.
